This project is located in a tropical dry forest ecosystem, with an average annual temperature of 28 degrees Celsius that is uniform throughout the year, a feature Cauca River Valley. Because of this, bioclimatic factors such as the generation of shadow or the use of natural ventilation were decisive in the design.
